Where Is God?
Everyone comes to the point in their life where they wonder why they exist. They can honestly answer the question, or put it off. Most people come to wonder who they are, or why they exist when they are young. This time of realizing the significance of your existence is called The Age Of Accountability. There is another person that exists that we also need to be thinking about. That person is God. Where is He? Before going there, let’s start with who He is.
Who Is God?
God is a personality who thinks, has emotions, and can even change what He does based on the responses of others. God is one, but yet He is three. This is known as the Trinity or the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. When you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and are made right before the Holy Father, the Holy Spirit comes in to make your Spirit new (2 Corinthians 5:17). However, Jesus taught us that God the Father is in Heaven. He also told us He would go back to Heaven so the Holy Spirit could come (John 14:16, John 16:7).
So where is God? God the Father is in Heaven, Jesus is at His right hand and they are waiting for this time of Grace where people can choose whether or not to serve God, to come to an end. The Holy Spirit is here on the earth in us. We must stir up ourselves and open ourselves to the power of the Holy Spirit (See Gifts of the Spirit). There is time that we must all have that is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as demonstrated by the believers in Acts chapter 2.
God is not acting on this earth as He has given the earth to humans for a time (see the Earth Lease). Faith people (AKA Christians) are to change the bad on this earth during this time period through our prayer and through our faith in action.
Where is God?
God will draw near to those who call on Him. He will not be around those deny His existence. Hebrews 11:6 tells us that the only way to please God is to believer that He exists, and that He rewards those who seek Him with their all spiritually, physically, and financially . God on this earth is the Holy Spirit,. The only way to know Him is to accept Jesus by faith and walk by faith each day with him. Do you know Jesus?
If you want God involved in your life, you’ve got to call on Him. Jeremiah 33:3 promises you that when you call God, He answers. You, your family, your situation, your government, your company, and many other areas need God. The only way to get Him involved is you acting. If you already know Him, there is another question. Do you have God’s power in your daily life?
